Our services are delivered through integrations with third-party platforms including Twilio. Use of our services may be subject to those platforms' additional terms and conditions.

By using our services, you agree to the following acceptable use requirements:

• You will not use our platform to send unsolicited messages (spam) of any kind.
• You must obtain prior express written consent from any individual before sending them SMS messages through our platform.
• You will not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
• You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier guidelines.
• You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our platform and for ensuring recipients have opted in.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these acceptable use requirements.

3. SMS Compliance

All SMS communications facilitated through Burns AI Solutions must comply with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements. This includes:

• Obtaining proper opt-in consent before sending messages
• Honoring opt-out requests immediately upon receipt of a STOP message
• Including required disclosures (message frequency, rates, STOP/HELP instructions)
• Not sending messages to individuals who have opted out

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on our website and platform are the property of Burns AI Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
